## What we do

Fivetro builds custom freight software around your existing transportation management system (TMS). You keep the TMS you run today; we build the integrations, quoting, and automation your operation is missing. Most builds start with a paid two-week discovery, and you keep the scope doc either way.

- **TMS and EDI integrations** — API where your partners support it, EDI where they don't. Accounting, tracking, load boards, and customer portals, stood up in days.
- **Freight quote engines** — Rates, history, and market data in one screen, with AI reading inbound emails and drafting quotes for a broker to approve in minutes.
- **Freight operations automation** — Tracking updates, document capture, and exception alerts. AI reads rate confirmations and bills of lading so nobody retypes them.
- **Freight fraud and carrier vetting** — Identity checks, double-brokering flags, and vetting built into onboarding, surfacing warnings at dispatch instead of during a claim.
- **Freight technology leadership** — Build vs. buy, vendor evaluations, and what's worth adopting. If custom isn't the answer, Fivetro says so on the first call.
- **Full TMS platform development** — Fivetro has built TMS platforms from scratch and can build yours; most shops only need the services above.

## What you own

The repository, the docs, and the deploy keys are yours — your code in your GitHub org, your data in your cloud account. No license fee, no per-seat charge, and nothing per connection. Exact ownership and license terms are written into the signed agreement.

## Founders

Four founders do the work — the people on your first call are the people who build and support your software.

- **Phil Broering** — 25+ years in freight brokerage; built two TMS platforms from scratch and wrote code on two more.
- **Manny Pranckevicius** — 10+ years building brokerage software; led integration teams and replaced vendor systems with in-house platforms.
- **Tony van Riet** — 25 years of engineering, 16 in brokerage software; architected and built a TMS from the ground up.
- **Paul Monson** — 25+ years building logistics software; built TMS platforms and led the architecture organizations behind them.

## How engagement works

A 30-minute call with a founder covers your workflow, whether custom software fixes it, and rough scope with honest numbers. Fivetro takes on a few projects each quarter, and every call is with a founder.
